1. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule. Consistency is your body's friend!

2. Turn off smart devices at least an hour before bed since the light they emit decreases the body’s natural production of melatonin.

3. Put your worries in a drawer!  Literally, write the things that are keeping you up down in a journal and tuck them into a drawer elsewhere so they’re not in your head.
